Job Description

Our client in London, Ontario is currently seeking a full-time Manager for their busy, multi-doctor Natural Health Clinic. The ideal candidate will be a motivated, outcome-driven, capable team leader, with working in health care or the wellness field.

Requirements

Minimum of a 2 year College diploma or University degree
Must have advanced computer skills in Microsoft Office
2-3 years in fitness/wellness industry and/or health care environment (medical or alternative care clinic)
Personal experience in natural health practices is also an asset.

Experience in the following areas, though all are not required, will benefit your application and should be showcased in your resume:

Project Management
Staff Management, Team Coordination and Supervision
Accounting/Billing (Direct Pay and Third Party Billing)
Leadership and problem-solving experience

Successful candidates must have the ability to manage small teams, schedule, and supervise staff, resolve conflicts, coordinate and delegate tasks, work well within a fast-paced, team environment, uphold measures of personal and team accountability, and a have a strong customer service orientation.

Hours

Monday – Friday, flexibility for evening shifts and occasional Saturdays required

Compensation $17-$20/hour dependent on experience
