Top performing university graduates are selected to enter our progressive Management Trainee Program. Throughout the program, our goal is to promote personal and professional development so that our Management Trainees can succeed in a Cintas management career path. This program is a full time, competitively paid training opportunity, including benefits, RRSP and Profit Sharing programs. Following the 18 month programs, MT's remain full time employees of Cintas Canada Ltd.

The Management Trainee program combines a series of rotations in various departments and classroom seminars, with the purpose of preparing the individual for what area best matches his or her interests, skills, and abilities. Upon completion of the program, the Management Trainee will be eligible to apply to a position in one of several areas, such as Outside Sales, Production Management, Office Management, or Service Management. Driving a van or personal car is required in two of the rotations. The purpose is to prepare the Management Trainee for a General Management or equivalent Corporate or Director function within 5-7 years of experience with Cintas.

A Focus on Development - The Management Trainee Program includes structured classroom training at our corporate complex in Ohio, regular reviews and feedback, customized development plans, outstanding opportunities for promotion. Day to day life of an MT is facilitated in London with occasion travel throughout Ontario, acting as supervisors and project managers as they rotate through our various departments, learning the business from the ground up.

Qualifications:

-Have an active driver’s license
-Provide documentation regarding their previous employment.
-A four year degree obtained in the last 4 years
-Co-op or internship experience in a Customer Service, Sales, Production, or Administrative role, a plus
-A business or otherwise related academic major, a plus
-A leadership/management role in campus or related extracurricular activities, a plus
