Pathways Employment Help Centre (PEHC) exists to Unleash People's Potential through Employment, Skills Training and Advocacy.
Pathways is looking for an energetic and enthusiastic individual to fill the available role of Logistics and Manufacturing Facilitator.
The LMT Facilitator will be responsible for all elements of a program designed to give individuals the necessary hard and soft skills for employment in the logistics and manufacturing fields.
Qualifications:
You bring 7-10 years’ experience in the logistics and manufacturing sectors along with related facilitation experience. You have current knowledge of industry processes, technology and regulations. You are experienced in Forklift, Elevated Work Platform, WHMIS, Working at Heights and transportation of dangerous goods. Along with these industry skills, you have the ability to communicate, inspire and motivate people who bring a diverse set of circumstances and life situations to the task.
What to Expect:
In this role you will have the opportunity to facilitate training sessions, improve and update curriculum, coach and mentor participants and participate in the meaningful work of assisting individuals who have been out of the workforce for sometime, to gain skills that will help them find employment.

- Regular office hours of 8am-4:30pm Monday to Friday.
