Talentcor London is currently recruiting for our client, a London based multi-national organization considered a leader in the manufacturing sector.

We are looking to fill a Customs Import Analyst

Responsible for the timely and accurate clearance of imported product into Canada, working directly with brokers, logistics partners and CBSA / Border agencies as required.

• Manage all aspects of Customs import releases and confirming entry process as well as post entry activities while conforming to regulatory requirements.

• Manage all open customs entries including analyzing and correcting within SAP to ensure accuracy.

• Ensure compliance by reporting all entries within CBSA month end timelines to prevent penalties.

• Manage all internal requests with timely turnaround and follow up, while continually exploring and implementing process improvements.

• Responsible to maintain knowledge in Customs Import requirements / regulations.

Qualifications:

• Post-secondary education from a recognized university
• Working knowledge of CBSA’s CSA (Customs Self Assessment) Program
• SAP / GTS competency
• Intermediate MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Good knowledge of Canadian Importation Law, Customs management, Tariff structures
• International Incoterms / Trade Agreements expertise (NAFTA, etc) an asset
