Job Description
Adecco is currently recruiting for several Full-Time Roof Truss Assembler jobs in Thorndale, ON. This is an excellent opportunity with a rapidly expanding company! These roles are long-term opportunties with the possibility of permanent hire for candidates with the right skills! This position pays $12/hr.
Roof Truss Assembler Job Responsibilities:
Roof Truss Assembler Job Responsibilities:
- Assembles building materials
- Inserting and positioning materials, clamping, fitting parts and utilizing both hand and power tools
- Plans assembly process according to work orders, drawings and/or blueprints
- Ensures finished products meet quality standards
- Meets production quotas daily and weekly
Qualifications:
- Own transportation (Client is not located on a bus route)
- Steel-toed workboots, 22-28 oz framing hammer and safety glasses
- Ability to use a variety of hand and power tools
- Ability to work straight days, Monday to Friday
- Flexibility to work both indoors and outdoors as needed
- High School diploma or Equivalent
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 50lbs repetitively
