Job Description
FIO Automotive Canada Corporation is a subsidiary of Futaba Industrial Co. Ltd. Japan and is a supplier of welded body components for Toyota. FIO is expanding its facility to include a Stamping Press Operation. We are currently looking for team members to join our team for the following positions:
Industrial Millwright (Automotive Stamping)
Qualification required: Certificate of Qualification Industrial Mechanic (Millwright)
Minimum 5 years’ experience in a fast paced automotive industrial plant
Must have automotive stamping experience
Understand and follow industry accepted safe work practices
Use and follow all lock out procedures and adhere to PPE requirements
Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair and maintain mechanical stamping presses
Understand and interpret diagrams, schematic drawings and blue prints and follow work procedures
Safely operate lifting devices, hoisting and assist in machine installation and welding operations
Clean, lubricate and perform regular preventative maintenance duties
Install, troubleshoot and maintain belts, chains, pulleys, conveyors, hydraulic systems including proportional and flow control valves and PLC’s
Required to work well with others, be a team player with a positive attitude and a self-starter
Must have passport or ability to obtain one
