Job Description
Wallace Smith LLP Lawyers is a busy 5-lawyer civil litigation boutique in London, Ontario. We act for individual and institutional clients primarily in personal injury and health litigation.
We are seeking a full-time Bookkeeper/Office Administrator. This position will appeal to mature, analytical individuals seeking responsibility and autonomy while working in a friendly, high-paced environment.
Bookkeeping duties include all firm banking, accounts payable and receivable, monthly general and trust account reconciliations and invoicing. Experience with MS Word, Outlook and PCLaw is essential. Experience with e-billings programs such as TyMetrix and Bottomline as well as document management software such as Primafact would be an asset.
Office Administration duties include conflict checks, receiving and opening new files, scanning, reporting to institutional clients, maintaining file lists and ordering office supplies. Experience with website management would also be an asset.
Compensation will be competitive and commensurate with the successful candidate's level of experience.
