Job Description

Agilus Work Solutions is recruiting for an upcoming Administrative Assistant position with our reputable client in London, ON.

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Answer phones with good etiquette and direct calls

  • Scanning and photocopying

  • Account Receivable/ Payable

  • Referring to SAP program for customer accounts payments

  • Inputting incoming invoices into spreadsheet and documenting

  • Verifying and sending invoices

  • Ordering and tracking all office suppliers

  • Other administrative duties as required

Qualifications:

 

  • 2+ Years of administrative experience

  • Post-secondary Education

  • Friendly and personable

  • Attention to details, especially with numbers

  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment

  • Accounts Payable experience as asset

  • Knowledge of using SAP program

  • Flexible schedule within office hours


  •  
 
Compensation:
 

  • $16-$18/hr 

  • Experience with a reputable organization 

  • Temporary ongoing to start with the potential for direct hire for the right person
