We are offering a contact position for 6 month duration with the possibility of extension.  You will be working within a small IT department across a wide spectrum of disciplines. You will need to be a fast learner who is able to be self-starting while still working within the department and company standards.
 Your initial primary duties will be:

• User Help Requests
  • Triage all requests
  • Resolve this within your ability and authority
  • Refer others to the next level
• Desktop/laptop deployment and maintenance.
• Maintenance and configuration on the IP Phone system.
• Act as alternate network Administrator
• Travel to our Brampton location as required
• Project support as required

We are looking for a candidate who has successfully completed a college level IT program who has 1 -3 years of IT experience
Depending on your skills and experience your duties could be expanded to other areas including:

1. Crystal Reports
2. Access database projects
3. Web Site development
4. ERP System
