Job Description

The Report Processing Coordinator is a full-time position working closely with the Customer Service Team to ensure processing of client reports is completed in a timely manner. 
 
We expect that the Report Processing Coordinator will work within a team environment and be responsible for but not limited to the following: 
 
Responsibilities:
  • Review reports to prepare and finalize final versions for clients
  • Track completed work orders and follow up as required to ensure completion
  • Communicate with co-workers for clarification on reports as needed
  • Sort all incoming reports and work orders and organize or distribute them to other team members as required
  • Invoicing of completed jobs 
  • Work in conjunction with other Customer Service staff 
  • Sends completed reports to the customer 
  • Additional administrative tasks as assigned
Qualifications: 
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in the Administrative field
  • Highly skilled in MS Office
  • Data processing experience a must
  • Attention to detail
  • Customer service oriented with a positive attitude
  • Able to work in a fast paced environment
  • Good organizational skills and ability to multi-task
