Agilus Work Solutions is recruiting for a
Business Development Representative to join our
London branch.


Job Summary


We are looking for someone who can create and execute various sales strategies
to sell recruitment services to current and potential customers within London
and the surrounding area. Once the sales opportunity has been identified,
completing the professional search recruitment cycle, negotiating with the
client and/or candidate if required and closing the job order.



What would I be
responsible for?




  • Manage your
    accounts / customers through new business opportunities as they are required

  • Follow up on new
    leads and referrals resulting from field activity

  • Negotiate rates,
    set up contracts and ensure all documentation is complete in company file

  • Develop a good
    working knowledge of customer’s standards and expectations to properly identify
    good quality candidates to close the open position

  • Source candidates
    and sell job position to executive level candidates

  • Process final
    billing to the client upon close

  • Participate in
    marketing events such as seminars, trade shows, and telemarketing events

  • Other duties as
    required









What we need from you?



  • 2-5 years within an
    account manager, sales or permanent placement recruitment role

  • Previous experience
    generating leads, booking appointments, sales, negotiating and closing the sale

  • Previous experience
    within HR or Recruitment will be considered an asset

  • Experience working
    with executive level management as previous client is preferred

  • Intermediate
    computer skills, typing over 45wpm and experience with CRM database

  • Superior
    interpersonal and communication skills










Total Compensation
Package:




  • Competitive
    base salary plus potential to earn up to 20% commission on each placement

  •  Unlimited commission earning potential – no
    cap

  •  Additional commission opportunity similar to
    profit sharing

  •  Bonuses
    for each billing milestone earning potential up to $25,000/year

  • End of the
    year bonus opportunity

  • Excellent benefit package that is
