Job Description
Norcard Fundraising, located in London, Ontario Canada, is one of Canada's premier fundraising suppliers to schools, church groups, sports teams and service clubs across Canada. We are currently hiring a Pick & Pack Supervisor to assist with our busy fall season. This is a contract position for 6 - 8 weeks.
The Supervisor will be resposible for a smooth running of our pick and pack line which include:
The candidate will be trained in all of the areas above to ensure proper proceedures are following and must be hands on to jump into these positions when necessary. This position is required immediately and will last until the beginning of December. Previous supervisory experiencing is necessary. Must be able to motivate team and look for areas in need of improvement and ensure proper processes are followed.

Full time hours - with possibility of overtime
Salary based on experience , plus employee discount on product

- Quality Control double checking (using a computerized scanning system)
- Bagging & Boxing personnel
- Computerized UPS shipper
