We’re hiring experienced Customer Service Representatives, to join our client’s call centre team in London, ON. This role offers competitive weekly pay, full-time hours (40 hours/week) and a convenient location accessible by public transit.
 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist customers on inquiries and issues related to orders, product information, billing, returns, etc., maintaining accurate call logs and documentation
• Promote and upsell products and services as appropriate
• Respond to all inquiries accurately and within established timelines
• Process customer account changes and requests
• Liaise with management and other departments on accounts as needed
• Support customer email correspondence as necessary
• Demonstrate superior communication skills and commitment to customer service
• Provide creative and flexible solutions to customers

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 2 years of customer service or call centre experience is required
• Strong customer service skills         
• Advanced computer skills, including MS Office
• Able to be innovative and flexible in a fast-paced environment
• Outstanding communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills
• Professional and concise phone demeanour, including active listening ability
• High concentration and energy levels, able to multi-task and problem solve

 

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Fluency in Spanish is an asset
• Typing speed 30 wpm 
• Schedules available: Monday-Sunday 8am-6pm OR Monday-Sunday 10am-9pm 

 

EDUCATION/CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSES:

• High school diploma or equivalent is required
