Job Description

Talentcor London is recruiting an Accounting Coordinator and Executive Assistant to the CEO for our client, a London based Not for Profit organization. This position is a 14 month long contract position.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in day to day accounting activities including A/P, A/R, Payroll, Cash management

  • Assist with month end, record entries into the G/L and various account reconciliations

  • Prepare correspondence, take minutes of meetings, travel coordination, schedule meetings and any other office duties as required

Qualifications:

- University Degree or 2+ years’ experience in Accounting and Administration

- Solid understanding of Accounting principles and guidelines

- Excellent organizational skills, able to multi-task, take ownership and proactive

- Strong communications skills, both written and verbal
