Mutual Concept Computer Group Inc. (MCCG), recognized as a leading provider of back-office solutions for Farm Mutual Insurance companies, seeks a System Trainer / Documentation Specialist to join our Training / Documentation team.

As a member of the Training / Documentation team, the System Trainer /Documentation Specialist is responsible for assisting in the development and delivery MCCG’s training program, and create and maintain user documentation. Role & Responsibilities
- Delivery of Training to Clients
- Conduct on-site or off-site (client site) training sessions for new clients in implementation mode.
- Conduct on-site or off-site training workshops for introduction of new functionality.
- Create and maintain system training material.
- Work with Customer Service, Development and Training Departments to compile a comprehensive list of pending test areas
- Provide one on one training, for both clients and internal staff.
- User Documentation
- Create and maintain user documentation / online help.
- Assist in documenting system updates through Release Notes.
Required Qualifications/Experience
- Over 3 years related experience in the insurance and/or adult education and documentation fields.
- Community College diploma or some level of post-secondary education is required in a related field such as Adult Education and/or Professional Certification in Insurance (CIP)
