Working in our state of the art Marche and Dining pavilion (the Mercato), Brescia is seeking several energetic and skilled individuals to fill positions as:
 
   
Receiving direction from the Executive Sous Chef and the Food Services Manager, primary responsibilities will include the assembly, preparation and serving of food and beverage products and maintaining the cleanliness of the dining area.
 
Required skills include: knowledge of food services normally gained through experience in the food service industry; excellent customer service skills; attention to detail; strong interpersonal skills; ability to follow oral and written direction; knowledge of First Aid, CPR,  WHMIS and the Occupational Health & Safety Act. Work may involve some heavy lifting and repetitive movements. A willingness to work flexible hours including some weekends and evenings will also be necessary.
 
These contract positions will run until the end of the school year (April 2015) with possible extension into the summer of 2015.
