Job Description
Hanwha L&C Canada requires an energetic and enthusiastic HR Administrator, to join the Human Resources Team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing transactional HR support to the HR Manager and EHS Specialist in a Manufacturing environment.

Job Duties
- Support Human Resource team with transactional HR functions.
- Maintain accurate and comprehensive personnel records.
- Assist in the recruitment and selection processes.
- Prepare formal communications to team members for HR management review.
- Assist with payroll and benefits administration as required.
- Respond to internal and external Human Resources related inquiries
- Draft general forms, letters, reports, and memos as necessary.
- Assist with the development of policy and procedures.
- Assist with employee orientation and training.
- Provide assistance with regards to organizational research.
- Receive and distribute all forms of HR communications.
- Assist with regular research and compliance initiatives regarding Human Resources issues.
- Organize, maintain, and coordinate HR records and files.
- Coordinate company feel good activities
- Perform other duties as required.
Requirements
- Post Secondary Degree or Diploma in Human Resources
- CHRP designation or actively working towards the Designation.
- 1 – 2 years experience in a previous Human Resources role.
- Excellent written and verbal skills communication skills.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Highly organized.
- Service oriented.
- Able to generate or use different sets of rules for combining or grouping things in different ways.
- Excellent problem solving skills.
- Detail oriented
