Job Description

Our client in London, Ontario is currently seeking a full-time Front Office Coordinator on an evaluation hire basis.

Duties (may include and not limited to)
  • Reception and client servicing
  • Manage general inquiries from public
  • Providing client intake forms and processing
  • Document management
  • Correspondence with email, mail, phone, in person and fax
  • Handle irate customers in a professional diplomatic manner
  • Gathering information for events or marketing
  • Creating marketing material may be required
  • Setting up rooms for events, lectures and therapists as needed
  • Process insurance claims/benefits and payments
  • Keeping the work space tidy and presentable at all times
  • Other clerical duties as assigned

Requirements
  • Minimum of a 2 year College diploma or University degree
  • At least 3-5 years experience in an administrative role
  • Must have advanced computer skills in Microsoft Office
  • Must have a professional, friendly and outgoing demeanor
  • Exposure to holistic practices are beneficial but not required
  • Previous experience in a wellness or medical facility is a great asset
 
Hours
  • Monday to Thursday, 12:30PM – Close (Closing times will vary between 7:30 and 9:00pm)
 
Compensation $13-14/hour + 4% Vacation Pay
