Our busy order desk in our Lambeth, Ontario facility requires a BILINGUAL ORDER DESK CLERK to provide excellent service in order taking and inquiry response to our customers in both english and french. You will communicate largely by phone but will also be responsible for preparation of other forms of correspondance. The general administrative duties include data entry, order entry, quote preparation etc. Other duties are as follows: manage and resolve customer complaints, update customer information, process orders, forms and applications.

You must be fluently bilingual. We prefer candidates who have some post-secondary education and some sound order desk experience in a commercial or industrial environment. As well as being mature and dependable, candidates must have demonstrated excellent communication, service and cooperation skills.

The hourly rate for this position is $17 and we offer a benefit package as well. The hours are days Monday - Friday. To meet volume fluctuations candidates must be available to work up to 44 hours per week and have some flexibility for working overtime as needed. Candidates should only apply if they have reliable transportation as the facility is not on a bus route
