We are currently recruiting on behalf of the London District Catholic School Board for Casual/On-Call School Secretaries for elementary and secondary schools in the London area! The casual school secretary will fill in on an as-needed basis to perform reception duties, complete attendance, and manage the general office in the absence of the full-time staff. Hours and locations will vary depending on school needs.

The Ideal Candidate:

• Completion of post-secondary education, preference for administration or business
• Previous reception and/or administrative experience
• Strong computer skills and proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Strong communication skills both written and verbal
• Ability to offer flexible availability and adaptability to assist various school locations
• Must be able to provide an up to date background check for working with vulnerable persons

Compensation: $15.00 per hour depending on assignment + 4% Vacation pay
