Southside Group is looking for a professional and responsible individual to fill the role of Junior Property Manager for its diverse growing portfolio of commercial and residential properties located within Southwestern Ontario.  As part of a team, the successful candidate will report to the Senior Property Manager on the ongoing activities at each property within their portfolio.  In this role, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the portfolio including but not limited to conducting on-site inspections, maintaining tenant relations, accounts receivable and accounts payable.  Strong organizational and interpersonal skills together with proficiency in computers, including most Microsoft based software, is necessary for the successful completion of this role.
