Talentcor Tillsonburg is currently recruiting for  Production Associates for one of our local clients.

Wage: $13.50/hr + 4 % Vacation Pay weekly
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assemble products, sort, pack, and package raw material
• Assist machine operators with the production of material
• Clean work stations and equipment daily
• Perform other laboring activities

Requirements:

• Ability to follow instructions
• Able to work in a fast paced environment
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
• Proficiency with hand/power tools
• Must be able to read blueprints
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good hand-eye co-ordination
• Attention to detail and pride in workmanship
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs
• Ability to operate prior experience with CNC machine an asset

Education:

• Must have Grade 12 Diploma or Equivalent
• Must have CSA steel toed safety boots
