Summary of position
The Packer/Feeder is responsible for packing/feeding the product on the various machines.  The main objective of this position is to ensure that the quality meets customers’ requirements.
  
Key qualifications
Experience and Education (diploma, degree, or professional designation):
  • Secondary school diploma
  • Minimum 18 years of age
  • Working towards a post-secondary degree or diploma in college or university
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities (KSAs):
  • Good organizational skills
  • Ability to adapt to changing environments and assignment levels
  • Ability to exercise mature judgement and initiative
  • Ability to work efficiently as a part of a team as well as independently 
  • 1 year of work experience in a manufacturing setting is an asset
