Position: Director of Operations
Legate & Associates LLP is hiring a Director of Operations to manage a leading personal injury law firm in Southwestern Ontario. Our practice is restricted to serious personal injuries, medical negligence and mass tort work. Our lawyers and staff share a vision of and commitment to exceptional client-centered service.

Reporting Relationship and Position Description
The Director of Operations works in tandem with, and reports directly to, the firm’s partners to manage all aspects of the business of the firm.
Responsibilities
A varied skill set is required in key areas of professional business management including general administration and business development, finance, marketing, IT and human resources. The Director of Operations will have strong interpersonal skills for liaising with all levels of staff and external stakeholders.
Qualifications, Education and Experience
The ideal candidate is an experienced manager of a professional firm with a university degree, financial background, ability to work under tight timelines, excellent written and oral communication skills, and the ability to work and thrive in a dynamic team environment.
Compensation
The compensation package will be commensurate with ability and experience. Legate & Associates provides a competitive compensation and benefits package for full time permanent employees. The firm is located in London, Ontario.
