Administrative Assistant, Operations
           
 
Reports To:     Manager Operations
 
Basic Job Function:    Responsible for creation and coordination of production and logistics paperwork as well as customer communication responsibilities.
 
Job Responsibilities:
 
  • Create, review and organizeproduction orders
  • Create paperwork for shipping
  • Create invoice and credit notes
  • Create all necessary customs paperwork for outgoing shipments
  • Update and track consignment stock
  • Coordinate document handling
  • Order entry ERP System
  • Coordinate order acknowledgment
  • Responsible for proper forecast information and inventory
     
    Skills:
     
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft programs and ERP system is a must
  • Knowledge of German is an asset
  • Strong oral and written English skills
  • Accuracy is a must
  • Excellent Communication Skills required
  • Basic customs knowledge is required (NAFTA, etc)
     
    Experience:
     
    Working within Logistics department as an Administrative Assistant is preferred min. 2 Years
     
    Education:
     
    College Diploma
    Starlim Training 3 Month
