We are currently searching for an Account Manager to join our Stratford team. Qualified applicants should have experience in the following areas:
Qualifications:
- Secondary School diploma
- Completion of one or two year college with a Business related diploma an asset
- Experience in facilitating and evaluating training programs an asset
- Ability to multitask
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Working knowledge of MS Word and Excel
- Previous experience in customer service
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for receiving and analyzing customer requests for temporary staff
- Responsible for directing suitable candidates to the customers and ensuring the customers needs are met
- Responsible for communication with the Workforce Development Manager and Recruiter to ensure customers needs are met
- Responsible for maintaining a database
- Responsible for assisting with the marketing calls and sales presentations to existing as well as potential customers
- Sharing branch cell phone and afterhours duties as per schedule
