We are currently recruiting to fill a full time Customer Service/ Inventory Assistant job opportunity in London, ON. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to sales representatives. The salary for this role is $35,000/yr.

- Inventory reconciliation
- Customer service
- Order entry
- Billing
- Various administrative duties as required
Requirements: - Minimum 3 years previous administrative assistant, inventory management and/or customer service experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Professional phone manner and comfortable making outbound calls
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Proficient in MS Office
- Strong database management and reporting skills
- Experience with managing calendars in Outlook
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi task
- Must be reliable and dependable
