We are currently recruiting to fill a full time Customer Service/ Inventory Assistant job opportunity in London, ON.   The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to sales representatives.  The salary for this role is $35,000/yr.

The job responsibilities for the Customer Service/ Inventory Assistant job include:
 
  • Inventory reconciliation
  • Customer service
  • Order entry
  • Billing
  • Various administrative duties as required

    Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years previous administrative assistant, inventory management and/or customer service experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Professional phone manner and comfortable making outbound calls
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Strong database management and reporting skills
  • Experience with managing calendars in Outlook
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi task
  • Must be reliable and dependable
