Job Description

Vital to the success and growth of our company is a strong commitment to our customers and employees.  Sansin is currently seeking an Accounting Clerk to join our team in Strathroy, Ontario.

Responsibilities:
  • Full cycle accounts payable, accounts receivable processing, invoice processing, data entry and statistical reporting.
  • Ensure current and continued compliance with all regulatory requirements, policies and procedures. 
  • Identifying new areas of opportunity to drive costs down and to achieve efficiencies Inventory control and management
  • Perform bank reconciliations.
  • Preparation of GST/HST remittances
  • Ad-hoc reports
Requirements:
  • Post-secondary degree/diploma in an Accounting related program
  • Minimum of 1-2 years’ experience in an Accounting related position
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft office
  • Advanced knowledge and skills in Excel
  • Experience in Sage 50 would be considered a strong asset
  • Must be a team player and detailed oriented
  • Excellent organization, interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task while adhering to strict timelines
