Full-time receptionist position, providing administrative support, as well as exceptional client service to existing and new block of clients. 
 
Responsibilities
 
  • Answer incoming calls and redirecting as required
  • Accepting incoming faxes and emails
  • Greet clients
  • Ordering and maintaing office supplies
  • Filing
  • Communicate with clients for scheduling
  • Provide various support to other administrative staff and to financial advisors 
 
Qualifications
 
  • Post secondary school education
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Exceptional organizational, prioritizing and multi-tasking skills
  • Detail oriented
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft applications (Word / Excel)
  • Proven problem solving ability
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to work independently with little supervision
  • Must work well in a team environment
