Then here what we need you to do:

  • Develop and manage digital marketing campaign strategies (SEO/SEM/display) for various clients that are aligned with business objectives and deliver solid results
  • Manage ads and performance based initiatives through social media platforms like Twitter and Facebook
  • Set and manage multiple online campaign marketing budgets directly, or with external vendors
  • Analyze, assess and report on the performance of online advertising campaigns and translate quantitative and qualitative data into recommendations and plans for optimizing the campaign strategy.
  • Be a go-to ‘expert’ on all things related to digital marketing when working with our creative and account teams
  • Work closely with web developers and designers to provide recommendations for functionality, design for digital marketing initiatives
  • Collaborate with vendors and content developers to drive results through digital channels
  • Be conversant with developing technology and digital marketing trends across our various target industries
  • Keep up-to-date with best practices and standards in the Search Engine Marketing industry
  • Develop strong working relationships with key partners to constantly refine and improve digital process, reporting and delivery effectiveness
  • Communicate project and campaign information to account teams and senior management; escalating issues/decisions, as required
 

The Right Candidate Will Have:

  • 3-5 years of direct digital marketing experience; marketing/advertising agency experience a plus
  • Google AdWords certification required; other similar certifications are considered an asset
  • Advanced knowledge digital marketing platforms and tools including the Google suite of products including Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, Google Adwords, Google Webmaster Tools, Bing Ad Center, etc
  • 2-3 years of demonstrated experience in marketing using Search Engine Marketing (SEM) best practices
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or Marketing preferred, but not mandatory
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Experience reviewing business objectives and turning them into actionable and measurable digital marketing programs
  • Ability to think and act strategically; able to manage multiple high-priority projects concurrently
  • Experience in SEO and conversion optimization
  • Experience with various web CMS platforms
  • Strong project management skills
