Job Summary: We are hiring a Customer Service Representative for our client, a leading manufacturer and distributor of special effects equipment. This evaluation hire opportunity is based out of London, ON and has opportunity to become a permanent position based on performance and fit. The duties of the position will include:

• Quote, order and invoice entry including customer confirmations
• Providing tracking information and customer follow up regarding deliveries
• Providing product and/or transportation quotes to customers as requested
• Providing stock availability and lead times
• Provide support to inside sales representatives, production and purchasing

The Ideal Candidate:

• 3-5 Years of experience in a customer service or order desk position
• Completion of post-secondary education in business or marketing preferred
• Proficient with MS Office and AccPac (preferred)
• Transportation/Logistics experience including domestic and international shipment requirements
• Exceptional communication and organizational skills
