Brescia is seeking an experienced and energetic individual to fill several positions as:
   
Receiving direction from the Executive Sous Chef and Food Services Manager, primary responsibilities will be maintaining the cleanliness of the dining room and kitchen area. Specific duties include: operating dishwasher; rack, unrack and stack soiled dishes and utensils; cleaning utensils, dishes, trays, pots, etc; keeping work area and floors clean, including refrigerators and other equipment; and receive and store deliveries as required.
 
Required skills include: knowledge of food services normally gained through experience in the food service industry; excellent customer service skills; attention to detail; strong interpersonal skills; ability to follow oral and written direction; knowledge of First Aid, CPR,  WHMIS and the Occupational Health & Safety Act. Work may involve some heavy lifting and repetitive movements.
 
These temporary positions will run until the end of the school year (April 2015) with possible extension into the summer of 2015.
