Job Description
This is a great opportunity to join a world class organization who are leaders in their field. Your primary job requirement is to act as a trouble shooter and to complete the maintenance, repair and replacement of parts or equipment in production and around the facility. This is a contract to full-time position on a straight day shift which offers benefits.

Required:

Millwright trade certification
-
Experience in a manufacturing environment
-
Self-starter with ability to work effectively and lead within a team environment
-
Must be willing to work from heights, work outside in various weather conditions, inside the plant, in confined spaces, and in a potentially physically strenuous environment
-
Basic knowledge of industrial safety, food safety and environmental regulations with absolute commitment to safety
-
Strong problem solving skills, good written and verbal communication skills
-
Strong work ethic and a desire to be part of a high-performing team
-
Must be legally entitled to work in Canada on a non-temporary basis
-
Knowledge of the Maintenance Reliability process (predictive and preventative maintenance) and Predictive Technologies
-
Forklift operator license
Preferred:
-
Automation control, boiler and steam systems training and experience will be considered an asset.

Welding certification and/or other trade experience
-
Demonstrated computer skills including data entry and data retrieval

Ability to read blueprints and layout drawings
