Cleanlist is seeking a super-star builder of client relationships. Our exceptional data solutions and industry-leading innovation have allowed us to build a significant, high-profile, and loyal client base. Plus, we’ve recently committed to investments in new client acquisition that are certain to add even more.  Now we need your help to manage and grow the relationships by all key metrics. 

This is a great opportunity for a seasoned pro who lives in the London area and who enjoys taking on a lead role in client service, designing client care processes, building our team, and owning universally successful outcomes.

Responsibilities: 

Your objective is to build and operate a world-class client care business unit that boasts record-breaking retention metrics and remarkable revenue growth. 

  • Define key client care metrics, measure our current performance, and put in place processes for ongoing metric reporting. 

  • Develop client care strategies, including key account revenue targets, together with tactical plans to deliver desired outcomes.

  • Build, train, and mentor our client care team to execute proven plans. 

  • Deliver on negotiated revenue growth targets. 

  • Deliver on negotiated client retention targets.  

Requirements: 

Candidates for this position require the following skills and capabilities:

  • Rock-star relationship-building talent.

  • Loads of sales and marketing experience. 

  • Hands-on experience with tools, technology, and processes required to manage client portfolios. 

  • An ability to lead from the trenches and build structure from the ground up.

  • A solid understanding of technology applications in business. 

Experience Level: 

The candidate we’re looking for will have an impressive resume that includes:

  • A successful track record leading B2B client care operations, preferably in the technology solutions / marketing industry.  

  • An advanced business degree. 

  • Experience working productively as part of a leadership team.

This role requires on-premise leadership and team collaboration at our facility on Industrial Road, London, Ontario.
