EPR Trillium LLP Chartered Professional Accountants is a rapidly growing, full service, licensed public accounting firm in Southwestern Ontario. Due to rapid expansion, we are seeking a Senior Manager to work closely with the partner group to service the assurance, accounting, and taxation needs of our client base.

Using the firms’ Cloud based infrastructure, the Senior Manager will contribute to projects in the London, Dorchester, and Aylmer offices as well as working with the team of professionals from all of those offices as we enhance and sustain the excellence of our service offerings to our clients.

Applicants for the Senior Manager position must have a CPA designation, at least five years working in public accounting with a broad spectrum of experiences, and be familiar with, and have competence with current public accounting software packages. The key personal attributes of the Senior Manager will be a clear understanding of business, a strong commitment to client service, solid interpersonal skills both for client and team relationships, and well developed communication abilities. The ability to work with fast developing new technologies is also important. Canadian education and /or experience is a must.

The primary responsibilities of the senior manager are:

• working on client accounting projects,
• supervising the work of and mentoring junior staff,
• working with the partner to ensure efficient use of resources,
• ensuring that all work is prepared according to the latest standards of accounting principles,
• participate in all facets of taxation matters for individuals, corporations, and special projects,
• helping to build client relationships, and
• the efficient and professional functioning of the accounting functions and staff within the office of the senior managers base of operations.

The Senior Manager position will work with the strategic leaders of the entire firm and will have opportunities for advancement. Candidates with a license to practice public accounting are strongly encouraged to apply. Compensation will be determined according to qualifications and experience.
