Job Description

Intermediate .NET Developer

digOnline (a Digital Internet Group Inc. company) is looking for an experienced Intermediate .NET Developer to build client and internal websites. You should have a minimum 2 years of experience in web development, both client and server side and 2 years experience in software systems development with MS Access and SQL databases.

Responsibilities:
  • Design and implementation of reliable, high performing and usable web applications
  • Diligently unit testing and debugging application components as necessary
  • Integrating new technologies and third party components
  • Supporting and improving existing systems with new services and components
  • Providing reliable time estimates to ensure successful on-time completion of projects
  • Participating in design and code reviews as necessary
  • Supporting clients’ evolving needs through ongoing product enhancements and application extensions
Qualifications:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in web development, both client and server side with ASP and ASP.NET (VBScript, JScript, AJAX, XML, Javascript, HTML/DHTML)
  • Minimum 2 years software systems development with Access and SQL databases
  • Excellent knowledge of object-oriented designs
  • Experience with HTML5, CSS3, jQuery, JavaScript
  • Responsive Web Design experience
  • Experience creating websites based on PSD designs
  • Cross-browser, multi-platform, multi-screen development
Soft Skills
  • Ability to work in a project based organization and ability to deliver quality output on-or-before deadlines
  • Experience working in an agile development environment
  • Ability and willingness to take ownership of projects
  • Well organized and knowing good processes to complete the work needed for the project
  • Building effective relationships with team members to develop joint project visions
  • Good verbal and written communication skills, including active listening skills
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
