Interact Direct's Cleanlist division has an opening for an Account Manager. This is an excellent opportunity for a smart, detail oriented person with excellent organizational and communication skills to join a growing and successful small business.

* This is a full-time, salary position
* The office is located on Industrial Road, in London (by the Airport)
* The work schedule is flexible and may be negotiated to accommodate a quality candidate
* The salary is approximately $35,000 plus benefits, with room for advancement.

Duties include:

• Receiving orders from Sales Reps and clients directly.
• Organizing inputs, documenting and scheduling work with operations team.
• Providing exceptional client service through support and updates.
• Analyzing results, asking questions and advocating on the client's behalf.
• Helping clients understand other options and services that may benefit them.
• Creating invoices and tracking job costs.
• Proactively overseeing and developing the client relationship.

Prior experience working directly with and supporting customers is required.

• Highly organized with ability to multi-task.
• Obsessed with details and ability to identify problems and inconsistencies.
• Solid administrative skills (email communications, data entry, etc.)
