We are currently recruiting to fill a Technical Support Representative job in London, ON. Our client, one of Canada’s largest and most respected financial institutions, is looking for a technologically savvy Technical Support Representative to join their growing team in London, ON. The successful candidate will be tasked with taking inbound technical support calls in a busy help desk environment. The rate of pay for this role is $17.50/hr.

- Provide first level technical support
- Ensure accurate and detailed problem documentation/ticketing
- Provide timely escalation and follow-up with support groups and customers
- Identify and escalate wide-impact or potential wide-impact outages
- Identify trends and opportunities for improvement as well as provide ongoing feedback
- Work in a fast paced, 24/7 call centre environment
- Minimum one year technical support experience in a help desk environment
- Can multi-task while staying organized
- Have superior communication skills
- Flexibility with shifts, 24/7 environment
- Minimum High School Diploma completed
- Clean Criminal and Credit Check (we complete)
