Summary of position

With a service-oriented mindset, the Corporate Administrator is responsible for overseeing processes and documentation that support efficient day-to-day operations of the office, while working with internal and external stakeholders to coordinate on-site programs and activities.

Here are some of the different activities you’ll be asked to do:
  • Assist in the preparation for internal meetings and customer visits, including scheduling and arranging room amenities.
  • Coordinate travel bookings that best meet traveler’s needs, arranging accommodations and ground transportation as required.
  • In partnership with the Information & Business Technology (IBT) team, maintain telephone and voice mail system ensuring telephone and voice mail database is accurate and up to date.
  • Take leadership role in organizing corporate events and programs (for example, holiday activities, retirement celebrations, and other corporate activities).
  • Facilitate the collection and distribution of all incoming and outgoing mail.
  • Maintain and monitor office supply inventory levels, placing orders as required.
  • Oversee COVID visitor questionnaires and support other COVID-related tasks as required.  
  • Assist with all other administrative duties and provide support as assigned.
If you’ve got:
  • High school diploma and a post-secondary diploma or certification in office administration or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years experience in an office environment.
  • Strong computer literacy, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Customer-oriented mindset with exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
