Administrative Assistant

We are seeking a professional Administrative Assistant who enjoys working in a fast paced and ever-changing environment. The ideal candidate will be a highly organized, detail oriented individual who is able to learn systems quickly and implement processes effectively.

The Administrative Assistant is responsible for providing the highest level of service and assistance to clients and to our team of advisors.

Responsibilities (may include but not limited to)

  • Reception duties including answering phones and emails to ensure exceptional client service

  • Working effectively with other staff in scheduling and coordination of meetings

  • Support the office with administrative duties including implementing internal and external business processes

Core Competencies

  • Demonstrates a strong ability to build successful relationships with clients, co-workers and financial advisors

  • Exhibits values of trust, team work and accountability

  • Professional, calm demeanor with excellent customer service skills

Qualifications

  • Experience in financial service industry is an asset

  • Excellent communication and problem solving skills

  • Successful at multi-tasking and changing priorities

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and able to learn multiple software applications

  • Must have strong attention to detail

  • Minimum of two years of administrative experience
