DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist with AP, AR and company payroll
- Provide office support services in order to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
- Process account payable and account receivable as needed
- Process hourly payroll
- Perform filing and general administrative tasks
- Data entry and verifying information
- Upkeep and updating accounting software and spreadsheets
- Check, verify and process invoices- Sort, code and enter accounts payable data
- Analyze discrepancies and unpaid invoices
- Computer knowledge required, excel, word, outlook, simply accounting
- Prepare and submit customer invoices
- Code, post and receipt payments
- Prepare and coordinate deposit activities
- Perform all necessary account, bank and other reconciliations
- Strong accounting knowledge (3+years experience required)
- Supervisory experience is an asset
- Ability to compete full accounting cycle
- Ability to work independently as well with others
- Customer service oriented
- Accurate with keen attention to detail
- Business or payroll certificates
