Wage:  $12.50 - 14 hour bi weekly pay

Shift  
6am - 2:45pm Monday to Thursday 
Friday - 6am - 11:35am with overtime options

Essential duties and responsibilities:
  • Ability to work in a fast paced production environment with tight deadlines
  • Must be versatile and work in more than one area of production, with the ability to adapt to changing instructions, models and parts
  • Proficiency with hand/power tools
  • Attention to detail and pride in workmanship with a proven strong work ethic
  • Form an ability to detect faults in parts and processes
  • Proactive quality checking of products and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills,both verbal and written
  • Ability to complete written reports along with accurate production reporting
  • Good hand and eye coordination, speed, manual dexterity and accuracy of movements
  • Able to follow direction from supervisors and lead hands on shift
  • Wear necessary safety equipment and follow company procedures
  • Standing for long periods of time
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds often and 8 - 10 pounds repeatedly
  • Clean work stations and equipment daily
  • Perform other laboring activities
  • Be available for overtime as required, sometimes with short notice
  • Must have good time management and attendance habits

Education:
Previous production experience preferred
Minimum 2 supervisory work related references
