Your day would include:
Communicating clearly in written and spoken language (loads of emails, some phone)
Design & Sales Interaction
- Assist our Senior Interior Designer (ARIDO), working in our 3-person design team
- Consult with and design for Account Managers to plan and specify client’s awesome offices
- Consult with loyal clients in our showroom and onsite to plan and specify needs
- Assemble proposals, marketing packages
- Type out sales orders and quotes
Support
- Customer service duties (and can include live chat, answering phones)
- Contact manufacturers for product and order information
- Assist in Purchasing - Track orders, execute purchase orders
- Assist Web & Ecommerce lead in some duties
- Be resourceful in solving problems
- Always be available to act with integrity and honesty
We need you to have:
- Diploma or Degree in Interior Design from a recognized institution
- Knowledge of AutoCAD, Photoshop, Sketch-up (Configura a bonus)
- Knowledge of interior construction & drawing detailing
- Cheerful, willing, and welcoming attitude - so much it exudes over phone and in written communication
- Great comfort with Google Apps (or Microsoft Office)
- Superior verbal and written communication skills important
- Detail-oriented (ok... not just detail-oriented... detail obsessed!)
- Ability to effectively multi-task
- Excellent organizational skills
- French language an asset
You would work in our office in London Ontario, would be paid hourly and work 5 days a week.
Flex hours are possible for family-oriented persons (A formal way of saying we understand people have families and sometimes need to change their hours to be with kids or a spouse. We get that.)
