Secondary School Secretary (1.0 F.T.E 12 MONTH)
 
LOCATION:                              H. B. Beal S.S.
 
HOURS OF WORK:                   7:30 a.m. -3:30 p.m. (Subject to Article 15.01 (b))
                       
RATE OF PAY:                         $18.94 - $22.95 per hour
                                                                                                                       
DUTIES TO COMMENCE:         As soon as possible
 
JOB SUMMARY: The Secondary School Secretary is responsible to update and maintain student data base with information such as student demographics, time table, academic history and marks. Update and maintain data bases relative to school operations such as master time table, teaching assignments, and school enrolment registers. Provide information for Board and Ministry statistical reports. Provide administrative support to staff.
 
QUALIFICATIONS: Candidate must possess an Ontario Secondary School Diploma (OSSD) or equivalent with business and keyboarding (50 w.p.m) skills.  The ability to use Word and Excel are required.
