Terms of Employment:
Permanent, full time, rotating shifts, some overtime and weekends may be required

Location: St Thomas ON (Must have reliable transportation as we are located on Highway 3)

Anticipated start date: as soon as possible

Desired skills and experience that will contribute to your success:

• You believe that working safe and working smart is non-negotiable and you possess a solid understanding of The Occupational Health and Safety Act
• You can clearly demonstrate how you managed a group of 15 or more having 3+ years experience in a similar role
• You have had recent leadership training and used that knowledge to build strong strategic working relationships utilizing a non adversarial approach to labour relations
• You are able to focus and prioritize your energies in a positive and constructive way allowing you to meet deadlines, maintain productivity and accept nothing less than the highest standards of quality
• Your recent experience also includes Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement and 5S training and/or experience and you believe that monitoring and evaluating performance ensures greater overall success.
• You are comfortable in facilitating safety training, daily meetings, audits, accident /near miss investigations and initiating progressive disciplinary actions as required.
• You have an intermediate level of computer experience that assists you to accurately monitor and identify any disruptions in production flow then take action to correct disruptions and maintain efficiencies

Qualifications:
You have Certification in Industrial Management or an equivalent combination of education and experience
