Manager, Global Compensation & Total Rewards
 
StarTech.com is currently looking for a Manager, Global Compensation & Total Rewards to join our team at our Corporate Office in London, Ontario.
 
Reporting to the Director, Human Resources, The Manager, Global Compensation & Total Rewards will align the strategic goals of the company to support the award winning performance culture and attract top talent.  This position will be responsible to develop the global center of expertise and implement the strategies, policies and programs related to Compensation and Total Rewards worldwide.  They will maintain StarTech.com’s high teammate engagement objectives and competitive position in the marketplace.
 
To achieve this, the Manager, Global Compensation & Total Rewards will analyze and evaluate geographical and industry job markets to devise a competitive salary structure, be involved with employee compensation reviews and develop and administer benefits, bonus and incentive programs for the organization.

If You Enjoy
 
  • Designing, implementing and managing a comprehensive Total Rewards program and overall job evaluation system in partnership with HR business partners
  • Serving as an internal consultant working closely with HR Business partners and leaders regarding all elements of compensation, benefits and total rewards
  • Reviewing and recommending compensation and benefits policies and programs based on your expertise of global compensation legislation, analysis, market research, and following best practices for group benefits in all markets
  • Leading and managing all compensation and benefits projects and programs (i.e. job design, job evaluation, salary administration, incentives & taxable benefits) for the organization globally
  • Developing and owning a global reward center of excellence related to performance, compensation, benefits, and total rewards
 
And Have Evidence of
 
  • A deep knowledge of compensation and benefits practices, principles, and employment legislation/regulations, with a proven ability to align total rewards programs with business objectives
  • Experience in the design, development and implementation of job evaluation systems, total reward statements along with global reward programs
  • Strong leadership, presence and credibility to effectively influence and challenge peers and business partners
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Finance or related field; certification as a Human Resources Professional (CHRP), Compensation Professional (CCP) and/or Employee Benefits Specialist (CEBS) an asset
