Competitive Salary $58-$65/hour
Straight days with a stable schedule, Mon-Fri, 8-4:30 pm
Work is performed in a shop setting do you don’t have to spend your days on a roof in extreme cold or heat!
After hours emergency service help will be phone only with phone provided
3-4 weeks of vacation depending on experience

Responsibilities:

Lead a small team in the fabrication/assembly/testing of compact refrigerated seawater chillers
Troubleshoot systems remotely
Make educated design decisions based on extensive knowledge of refrigeration circuits and power transmission (diesel/electric/hydraulic drive units)
Team Lead will be on the tools, but also working on organizing, ordering and design consultation

Requirements:

Must have 313A License with 15+ years of experience
Must have previous grocery store freezer installation experience
Reefer or mobile refrigeration systems an asset
Excellent soldering skills, including dissimilar metals
Strong administrative and computer skills
