Responsibilities
- Supervise team leaders and members
- Support manufacturing processes including injection molding, robotics, frame welding, seat assembly, IR ovens, presses and door panel assembly
- Maintain productivity and quality standards, in TS19649, ISO 14001, environmental, safety, quality, job performance, setups, troubleshooting, continuous improvement, and maintenance and repair operations
- Direct and control maintenance activities on all production equipment, facilities, and utility systems
Qualifications
- Millwright, electrician, or robotics license
- 3+ years leadership experience in manufacturing
- 5+ years experience in automotive industry
