Job Description

Our company located in London, ON is now recruiting an Inventory Coordinator.

Responsibilities:

  • Vehicle inventory control including selection, pricing, purchasing, disposal and monitoring and maintaining optimal stocking levels.
  • Reporting including status, aging and turn analysis, special orders and managing lead time and logistical challenges.
  • Coordinating with our sales and administration team to ensure timely delivery of vehicles to customers.
  • Managing customer after-sale concerns.

Desired Credentials Include the Following:

  • You possess excellent computer skills, especially with Excel (intermediate or advanced knowledge preferred) and the ability to learn and manipulate new software quickly.
  • You are a high-energy, self-starter who enjoys multi-tasking and can quickly adapt to changing priorities.
  • You have outstanding organization, lead time, logistic and prioritization skills to ensure multiple tasks get completed on time.
  • You can work on your own as well as with others.
  • You possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • You have a valid Ontario's drivers license.
  • You have or are willing to obtain an OMVIC license.
  • Previous experience working in an inter-connected business operation utilizing project management software, automotive purchase and repair knowledge are all considered advantageous.
