Accountabilities
 

• Responsible for implementation of Quality programs within the divisions (for products, services and processes).
• Collects, organizes, monitors and distributes information related to quality and process improvement functions, including but not limited to compliance to and/or documentation of quality management standards, such as ISO 9001.
• Responsible for preparing for, coordinating, hosting, and following up on internal and external ISO audits.
• Responsible for accurate and concise documentation of quality processes and administration of the Quality Management SharePoint site.
• Inspects audits and reports on materials, processes, products, and services using variable or attribute measuring instruments and techniques to ensure conformance with the company's quality standards.
• Responsible for all quality improvement activities related to customers and suppliers; works with suppliers to develop and improve entire supply chain.
• Develops and distributes quality reports to divisional and corporate management and other various stakeholders, facilitates and drives action items and follows up to ensure resolution/completion
• Responsible for instructing or training others on quality related topics, tools, processes, and techniques.
• Responsible for overseeing resolution of corrective actions initiated internally or externally. Responsible for reviewing, assigning, documenting, and verifying corrective actions.
• Responsible for management review meetings as well as reporting and presenting quality system changes and improvements to senior management.
• Work closely with Engineering, Software Development, Manufacturing and other departments; facilitates and follows up on opportunities for improvement.

 
 
Educational Requirements  
 

• Engineering degree or Minimum college diploma in a technical or scientific field
• 3-5 years of experience in a QC/QA capacity, preferably in an engineering or software as a service (SAAS) environment.
